Google allows 200 notifications per Cloud project per day. The queue never exceeds it and sends the rest the next day, by priority.

Priorities that make sense
Manual submissions go first, then new pages, then updated pages, then resubmissions. You always see what is queued and why.

Indexing
Does the Indexing API guarantee indexing?
No. Google officially supports the Indexing API for job postings and livestream pages. Other pages are accepted but not guaranteed, so Rankrama measures the result with URL Inspection.
What happens when the quota runs out?
The remaining URLs stay in the queue and are sent the next day. Google's day resets at midnight Pacific time.
Can I submit URLs from my CMS?
Yes. Use the REST API with a workspace key; URLs are matched to the right site by their domain.
