Cookie Policy | Rankrama

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser and reads back on later visits. This policy covers the cookies used on rankrama.com and in the application at app.rankrama.com.

2. Cookies we use

All of the cookies below are first-party cookies, set by Rankrama itself, and all of them are strictly necessary for the Service or for a setting you choose.

Cookie	Purpose	Type	Duration
rankrama-session	Identifies your session so that you stay signed in to the application and forms work. The related session record on our server contains your IP address and browser user agent.	Strictly necessary	2 hours
XSRF-TOKEN	Protects forms and requests against cross-site request forgery (CSRF).	Strictly necessary	2 hours
locale	Remembers your language (English or Turkish) on the website and in the application.	Preference	About 1 year

The session and CSRF cookies are renewed while you use the Service and expire after the period shown above. The locale cookie stores only the language code ("en" or "tr").

3. No analytics or advertising cookies

We do not use analytics, advertising, social media or other tracking cookies, and we do not load third-party tracking scripts on our website or in the application. We also do not use local storage or similar technologies to track you.

If we add analytics later, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

4. Why there is no cookie banner

Cookies that are strictly necessary to provide a service you have asked for do not require consent; you only need to be informed about them, which is what this policy does. Because Rankrama uses only such cookies, we do not show a cookie consent banner.

5. Third-party content

The application shows profile photos from Gravatar (Automattic Inc.). These images are loaded by your browser from gravatar.com; Automattic receives your IP address and may use its own cookies under its privacy policy. Rankrama does not set or read these cookies.

When you pay for a subscription, the payment is handled by Stripe or iyzico. Their payment pages and forms may use their own cookies, for example to prevent fraud, under their own policies.

6. Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block the session or CSRF cookie, you will not be able to sign in or submit forms. If you delete the locale cookie, the language is chosen again from your account or browser settings.

7. Changes and contact

We update this policy when the cookies we use change. More about how we process personal data is in our Privacy Policy. Questions: [CONTACT EMAIL].
