1. The agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] ("Demor Digital", "we", "us"), registered at [REGISTERED ADDRESS], tax office / tax number [TAX OFFICE / TAX NUMBER], MERSİS number [MERSİS NO]. They apply to the website rankrama.com, the free SEO tools on it and the Rankrama application (together, the "Service").
By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms. If you use the Service for a company or another organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf; "you" then also means that organisation.
The Service is intended for businesses and professionals. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
2. The Service
Rankrama helps you get your sites indexed and keep them visible. Depending on your plan, it includes sitemap monitoring, URL submissions through the Google Indexing API and IndexNow, index status tracking through Search Console, a technical site audit, change monitoring for important pages, long-term storage of Search Console performance data, SEO reports, team workspaces and a REST API.
Features marked "coming soon" on our website are not yet part of the Service. We develop the Service continuously and may add, change or remove features. If we remove a feature that is a material part of a paid plan, we will tell you in advance.
3. Accounts and workspaces
- Give accurate information when you register, and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password and API tokens secret. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- A workspace belongs to its owner. The owner and managers can invite members, change their roles and remove them. Members can see the workspace's projects, reports and activity log.
- Tell us without delay at [CONTACT EMAIL] if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.
4. Your sites and Google access
You may only add sites that you own or are authorised to manage, and only connect Google accounts and service accounts that you are authorised to use.
For each site you add, you authorise us to crawl its public pages with our crawler (RankramaBot), to read its sitemaps and robots.txt, to submit its URLs to Google and to IndexNow on your behalf and to read its Search Console data through the access you grant.
You are responsible for complying with the terms of the third-party services you use through Rankrama, including the Google APIs Terms of Service and the usage guidelines and quotas of the Google Indexing API.
Search engines decide on their own whether and when they crawl, index or rank a page. We do not guarantee indexing, rankings or traffic.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- add sites you are not authorised to manage, or use the Service to put an unreasonable load on any website;
- use the crawler, the free tools or the API to attack, overload or scrape third-party sites;
- get around plan limits, quotas, rate limits or security measures;
- submit URLs in bulk for spam or for content that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others;
- share your account with people outside your workspace, or resell the Service without our written agreement;
- copy, decompile or reverse engineer the Service, except where the law allows it.
6. Free trial and plans
New workspaces start with a 14-day free trial of the Business plan. No payment card is needed. When the trial ends without a subscription, the workspace moves to the Free plan. Your data is not deleted, but the limits of the Free plan apply: you can keep what you have, but you cannot add more than the plan allows.
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, at the prices shown on our website when you subscribe. Outside Turkey payments are made in US dollars through Stripe; in Turkey in Turkish lira through iyzico. Taxes such as VAT are added where the law requires. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel it.
If we change the price of a plan, we will tell you at least [NOTICE PERIOD] in advance. The new price applies from your next billing period.
7. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time in the billing settings of your workspace. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; until then you keep the features of your plan. After that the workspace moves to the Free plan and your data is not deleted.

Any mandatory rights you have as a consumer under the law that applies to you are not affected.
8. Your data
You keep all rights to the data you put into the Service and to the data we fetch for you, such as your Search Console data. You give us the right to store and process it only as far as needed to provide the Service to you.
How we process personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy and, for users in Turkey, in our KVKK privacy notice. Where we process personal data on your behalf, for example the data of members you invite, our data processing agreement applies: [DATA PROCESSING AGREEMENT].
You can export page lists and audit results as CSV files. If you want to delete your account, write to [CONTACT EMAIL].
10. Free tools
The free SEO tools on our website can be used without an account. They are provided as they are, they are rate limited and you may only use them for URLs you are allowed to test.
11. Third-party services
The Service works with third-party services such as Google, the search engines that take part in IndexNow, Stripe, iyzico and Gravatar. Their own terms apply to them. We are not responsible for their availability, quota changes or decisions, for example when Google decides not to index a page.
12. Availability and support
We work to keep the Service available and secure, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or free of errors. We may interrupt the Service for maintenance; where possible we do this at quiet times and announce longer interruptions in advance. Unless we have agreed otherwise in writing, there is no service level agreement.
13. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, design and content and the Rankrama name and logo belong to [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] or its licensors. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for as long as your account is active. Google, Search Console and other product names are trademarks of their owners.
14. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". SEO results depend on search engines and many other factors outside our control. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that the Service will achieve a particular result.
15. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages such as lost profits, lost revenue or lost rankings, and our total liability arising from the Service is limited to [LIABILITY CAP]. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow liability to be limited, for example for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
16. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close an account if it seriously or repeatedly breaches these Terms, if payments are not made, or if this is needed to protect the Service, other users or third parties. Where possible we warn you first and give you time to fix the problem.
When an account is closed, its data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the Service or the law changes. We will tell you about material changes by email or in the application at least [NOTICE PERIOD] before they take effect. If you do not agree with the changes, you can cancel before they take effect.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by [GOVERNING LAW / COURT]. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live are not affected.
